How are we different?

Executive Domestic Eldercare Companions are employed directly by our clients, not our agency. By empowering you to employ the care provider directly, we ensure a significantly higher wage to your care provider increasing their commitment to the job and significantly reducing turnover.

How does it work?

We take a detailed application from you, working closely with family members to determine the best candidates for your needs.

We then provide detailed candidate portfolios and references for your review, and allow you to choose which candidates to meet with. We schedule interviews and work together in presenting an offer to your chosen candidate. You may choose to hire the person on an on-call, monthly or annual basis. Fees are based on a percentage of an annual wage calculation for permanent placements and a flat daily fee for temporary placements. Click here to learn more about our services.
